We typically can give you an idea of the investment amount at this meeting. If we are aligned, then a contract is signed and the design development will begin, followed by material selections and scheduling of the build phase for your project with a construction start date During construction, you will have a dedicated project manager, designer and construction crew. Throughout the project, you will receive regular communication about your project and the progress. The team communicates with each other daily so we are kept up to date on the project happenings. Any challenges that come up will be taken care by the team and we will only involve you if necessary. We want you to have a low-stress experience. The truth is - all design-build projects are stressful even when the changes are so exciting and wonderful. Every effort is made for a smooth project implementation that is n-budget and on-time.
1. How does the Noble design-build process work from start to finish?
The timeline is greatly influenced by the complexity and scope of the renovation, remodel or addition; if the project requires permitting or not and the timely decision making by the Homeowner. Typically building a home addition on a project runs 9-12 months; Kitchens are anywhere from 4 weeks-12 weeks depending on size and materials; Hallway full bathroom 10-14 days, Primary bathroom suite 6-8 weeks and basements, fireplace facelifts and other custom built-ins vary greatly. Our team can give you a very accurate timely estimate at the assessment.
2. What is the typical timeline for a full home renovation or kitchen/bath remodel?
Yes. We are a Design-Build firm which means we handle concept through to completion. We are wholesale cabinet dealers and source high quality luxury materials direct from the manufacturer or supplier, providing you with the very best value for your investment.
3. Do you handle all design selections, materials, and construction management?
Yes - we can provide architectural services for your project. In fact, we prefer our design team to be involved from the very begining of the project design development. This ensures a smooth and successful project within your investment amount, desired design elements and timeline. We have a vetted list of builder besties that we prefer to work with to ensure the very best client experience and value.
4. Can you work with my architect, or do you provide architectural input?
